SophistiCakes at the Philadelphia Zoo

The SophistiCakes crew had a wonderful opportunity to team up with the Philadelphia Zoo on Saturday October 6th. The talented staff at the bakery created over 775 cake pops for the Zoo's annual Adopt An Animal Program.  Each cake pop had a picture of one of over,100 animals available for adoption. For young and old alike, a great time was had by all !

The Show was a lot of fun! The Arts Ballroom is a truly magnificent place, and we imagine any wedding there would be fabulous. Big thanks to the Steven Starr staff and to Philadelphia Weddings!

We are proud to say that we participated in this year's Philly Cooks Competition at the Drexel Armory in Philadelphia. We didn't win, but we have not stopped hearing that our cake was the talk of the show. As first-timers, this means a lot to us, and we are so pleased we were able to make it!

We even made it to the small screen!
